We have had this about a month now and have had no problems in any way. It came intact as well as well protected in the packaging. Installation had been simple, there will be nothing to build, just attach it for the wall, or during my case the actual ceiling. At twenty one lbs together with 4 connection points My partner and i used steel drywall anchors also it holds limited and robust. I use the included RF remote to raise and lower the screen (We have not bothered with the IR or perhaps cabled remote) and possesses no range issues or perhaps anything. The motor operates sleek, all though a little slow rather than completely silent. For the purchase price (~300) I do not expect a lot more from it.
